In fact, Maple Ridge was appointed as the original managers and continues to manage NY Towers. One of Canada’s largest landmark condominium developments, NY Towers is two condominium corporations comprising of four towers and over 1200 suites, constructed simultaneously.
We have been involved in communities of every type of architecture from concept through to construction completion. We have consulted with the developer on the first year budget, amenities, building design and finishes, pedestrian and vehicular traffic planning, building start-up, condominium documents, pre-registration occupancy through to chairing the turnover meeting and working with the newly elected Board of Directors.
Having successfully coordinated and facilitated the move-in and start up of developments ranging in size from 8 to over 700 suites, Maple Ridge is well experienced and well equipped to help with your new community.
