Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd. has grown to be over 100+ employees, with a management team comprised of industry professionals who are well acquainted with the intricacies of condominium management. We offer experience, success and value and our team approach to condominium management is dedicated to the delivery of service and expertise to those communities we administer.


Members of our leadership team have lectured at conferences and colleges municipally, provincially and nationally, written articles, participated with legal precedents and on request have chaired hundreds of condominium annual general meetings.


Most importantly, we remain available at all times to our clients and to our condominium management team, to listen, assist, guide and continually offer the benefit of our insight and experience. We learned a long time ago that successful condominium management is built on service and communication and we strive to be accessible through every means imaginable. In partnership with the Board of Directors we forge a cohesive team, focused on the needs of your community.
