Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd. has assisted with the drafting of shared facility agreements.
In addition we manage several shared facilities and oversee shared facilities agreements, both in communities we manage and those we do not, acting as an independent third party exclusive to the shared facilities. Such agreements have been from two to eight condominiums as well as municipal and public sector participants along with allowances for future phases once built.
We have a thorough understanding of the nature of these agreements and ensure that all parties abide by their respective covenants. Regular physical inspection, coupled with detailed financial reporting and control, allow the recreation facilities to operate efficiently and effectively for the benefit and enjoyment of the corporations involved.
