Maple Ridge Community Management was one of the first firms in the province of Ontario to be approved for in-house RCM Courses.
Our goal is to continually develop our management team using all of the tools the industry has available and by bringing these courses in-house we are able to offer our staff convenient times and locations to pursue their Registered Condominium Manager designation.
In addition, regular manager meetings, mentoring programs, professional guest speakers, industry seminars and events are all tools we provide our team.
We firmly believe that condominium management is an evolving industry and staying abreast of industry developments and events is essential to ensuring our management professionals provide informative guidance to our clients.
