Since our inception in 1984 the focus of our business has been and will continue to be condominium management. Maple Ridge Community Management is not affiliated or associated with any supplier or trade whatsoever.
By maintaining this singular focus you can be assured that our goal with all trades and suppliers contracted to supply goods or services is premised on three important factors: timely service delivery, accountability and value for money.
Maple Ridge maintains a detailed Supplier/Trade list of service providers who have been pre-screened and qualified for positioning on our trades list. It is from this pool of resources that our team may request quotes, supplies and services for the communities we administer.
Trade performance is reviewed and graded semi-annually and all trades must maintain current WSIB and liability insurance certificates with our offices. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the trade list.
Trades may apply for placement on the trade list through a prescribed process that ultimately requires the approval of our President’s office.
Should there be an established trade relationship at your corporation that you wish to continue, we can expedite the process of their approval for trade list placement. We will implement an immediate audit of services rendered.
The buying power that Maple Ridge has through its collective client pool is a bartering tool used in the best interest of each and every condominium we manage.
All services/purchases are completed through a detailed purchase order with the exception of services which are governed by contract.
Invoices are reviewed and must be approved by the appointed manager with all documentation being provided to the designated signing officers for their scrutiny. Property Managers do not sign cheques for payment to any trade.
